Your selection will be packaged in a manner appropriate for prevailing weather conditions, both here in Greater Cleveland, Ohio, and at its destination, with insulation and cold pack protection as necessary. The Polar Tech Industries’ Thermo Chill® containers we use contain no chlorofluorocarbons. We make every effort to ensure that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. For that reason, we will not ship when warm weather would damage our temperature-sensitive chocolates.

If you have selected standard delivery, please keep in mind that destinations greater than 500 miles from Cleveland may take as long as three days to arrive, and that we are only able to guarantee the condition of our chocolates in shipping conditions for two days. For distances farther than 500 miles, and for destinations where the current average temperature is 70° F or higher, overnight delivery is strongly recommended to ensure arrival in perfect condition.

Our normal shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and until noon Eastern Standard Time on Wednesdays, with some variation to accommodate the major holidays.
